Christi's 12 Week Booty Building Strength

This 12 Week Booty Building Strength Program Goals:

  • Master quality movement patterns. Think QUALITY not quantity

  • Establish movement patterns that will eventually become automatic. Take advantage of learning proper form

  • Teach you the key principles to your alignment. Not everyone one's lift will look the same.

  • Develop strength and learn Squat and Lunge patterns; Push Patterns and Pull Patterns

  • Teach you to set yourself up for success and simple practicing tools

  • The Nutrition Portion: the first month is the 28 day challenge I do with my client. The only thing you not be getting are the daily emails. You will receive:

    • Success Manual

    • 4 weeks of weekly meal plans; 4 weeks of weekly grocery lists

    • A recipe manual; Dining out swap guide

    • A goal Sheet (for measurements & pics);

    • and much more

Not comfortable being in a public gym yet? I have put together my 12 week booty building program that I give my clients. I have changed it so only minimal equipment is needed for a home workout.

You have unlimited access for your learning pleasure.

My offering is to help you maintain a fitness routine or a home practice. My idea is to teach you about your body, your mind and how those two function in relationship to each other so you can support yourself with a home practice. That practice isn't just for yogis.


You are emotionally safe. I am here to help you. I am here to educate to help you learn about yourself and EMPOWER yourself. My idea is to teach you how the lifts really conform to your body; not the body you are comparing yourself too (which I'll help you shift that mindset too).

I am not nor is anyone else going to judge you about your flexibility, your strength, your knowledge of lifting weights--you are at home (this would not happen in my studio either, should you decide one day to come in). I am not going to judge you about your "leggings" or the size of your a$$ or your body.
