This is looking at improving getting the hips to the heels. It is not always a hip, low back or hamstring tightness. The tightness may be steaming from a quadricep or hip flexor group tightness. This means you will be flexing more from the lumbar spine to increase range of motion instead of moving from the pelvis; pelvis is "stuck" in an anterior direction instead of rotating in the posterior direction decreasing range of motion.
