During the 30 day mandate closure from the Governor I am uploading more and more videos onto my youtube to help support you in this time. I've done a few from home to help you get through some of the challenges of working out at home. Some of the difficulties is the space at home is always not right, dogs, kids, people.
I have a short intro going over that and there are some cute puppies coming in and out.
